Bestest Shortbread


1/2 cup corn starch

1/2 cup icing sugar

1 cup flour

1 cup room temperature butter

A smidgen of baking powder

Sift corn starch, icing sugar and flour.  Blend butter in until soft dough forms.  Drop by tsp onto an ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart.  Bake at 300 for 15-20 minutes until edges are lightly browned.
